nadouch	Hi administrator, Many thanks for your amazing software, it is really very important to me and helps me a lot in my work as manager for ceramic showroom, Sorry I am speaking in English i know only speaking it, arabic and french i don t spanish for that reason i am trying to read the forum to find any answers to my questions but all in spanish. I will be very thankful if you answer me. first of all i want to know if can i upload my own plan and catalogue because i want to show my clients a drawing as simulation to their bathroom before they buy the ceramic? Then could you please explain to me if it is possible how to put many ceramics both on the wall and floor and mix differents colors and kinds of tiles on the wall. Again thank you very much. 	Hi Nadia, don't worry for language, our forum is multiulanguage, when a user make a question in English, the answer is in english, for the moment the language most used is Spanish because the most users use this. Well I pass to answer your quiestions: 1) Plan. You can draw your plan with our walls, you can find help about it at Walls 2) Catalog. Blophome now have a Roca Catalog for Ceramic, if you need another Manufacturer Catalog, our department of catalog can do a budget to incorporate it in Blophome. 3) Work with Ceramic in Blophome. You can learn with help file Put Ceramic on Walls or Floors and in video tutorial Video tutorial work with Ceramic. Regards.

	Hi Nadia, 1) About Catalog, our department will be happy to attend your specifications. 2) About working with Ceramic, to do the projects you indicate is so easy with Blophome, to edit walls, floor, platforms ceramic you must go in Blophome to folder Furniture and then click de icon Elevation. One time you select the wall or floor to edit, you must go to Roca Tiles and insert the tiles you want, you can insert 1 tile or all wall tiles, rotate, offset, ..., and do any composition. Also you can open the projects to see how the author do it. Regards

	Hi Darago I tried to open the project but when i try to place any color or tile it shows that we can do it ( forbidden) i don t know if it s locked According to the software it self i downloaded dibanext after installing it successfully I could nt run it it shows the initializing window then it crashs. so i downloaded blophome software it runs normally but some icons are missed like the color palette so could you please give me a link that i can through it download the proper one and the latest version of it thank you Nadia

	Hi Nadia, The URL to dowload Blophome is Install Blophome. To work fine you need a Windows XP, Vista or 7 and is important that the Graphic Card have the last drivers, then you can use Blophome with Opengl acceleration and this to do his use best. Can you indicate the specification of your PC (CPU, RAM, Graphic Card and OS), in order to evaluate the level of satisfaction with Blophome experience? Regards.

	Hi Nadia, Your PC is very just to use Blophome, I recomend use another PC with CPU and Graphic Card more actual in order to get a good Blophome experience. You must think that Blophome with a normal project must move and calculate 1.000.000 of polygons in real time and this need over all a Graphic Card with GPU NVidia or ATI, don't need a expensive Card, the last low/middle cost Cards with GPU NVidia or ATI are valid. In few days, we'll publish a Blophome 100% Online version that with your PC you will get a good experience, this version use our Server to move and calculate the polygons, the important point to get a good experience with this version is to have a good internet connexion, from 10MBits. 	Hi Nadouch, actually to do round wall is not possible but you can do approximate round with lineal walls, you must derivate more walls and with the vertexs (green area) approximate to round. Also you can use objects of catalogs and deform it to simulate a round wall. We note this point to our developments list. Best regards.
