Contest rules
1. Organizing company
The organisation of this contest is promoted by Index Consulting SL, with registered office at c/ Muntaner n 440 1-1B (08006 Barcelona, Spain) and with Tax ID number: B62358650. Registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona: Volume 32896, Folio 22, Sheet B-220896.
2. Particular rules
The needed requirements to participate are simply to submit a project designed with the BlopHome application, at least with a SILESTONE’s product and with an email address for contacting. As many projects as desired can be sent.
3. Acceptance of rules
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general rules and acknowledgement as a valid participant is subject to fulfilment of the requirements as set out in point number 4 of these general rules.
4. Participation requirements
Any person over 18 years of age and from anywhere in the world can participate in this promotion. Employees of the organising company, Index Consulting, S.L., or SILESTONE may not participate. The contestant gives permission to publish the winning project on the Blophome website. The name of the winner will not be announced without the winner’s prior approval. Once the contest has ended, all the projects will be published on the Blophome website with the Nick in order of score.

5. Start and end dates of the promotional activity
The start (acceptance of Blophome projects) of the contest will be 02/11/15 and the end of acceptance of Blophome projects will be 22/12/15, inclusive.
6. Contest procedure
- Each participant must produce one or more interior design projects with Blophome, including a SILESTONE product or texture.
- When saving the project in Blophome, a contest option will be shown.
- Once in the ‘save for contest’ option, you will be asked to give a Nick, Name and Email address.
- The project will be saved and you will then be participating.
- If you wish to withdraw a submitted project, send an email to contest@blophome.com indicating your Name and Email address. We will send you a confirmation email.

The prize is worth 1,000 euros

Once the deadline for submitting the projects has passed, Index Consulting will choose the best ten projects, evaluating the technical aspects concerning knowledge of the application and the decoration or design of the space in its creative dimension.
These ten projects will be published on the Blophome website and on Blophone Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, where the popular voting will be opened for fifteen days. Once the popular voting has been finalised, Index Consulting will choose the winning project from the five most voted projects.
Index Consulting will notify the winner by email of the contest results and, at that time, the company will ask for his or her bank account number in order to make the payment by bank transfer of the €1,000 prize.
In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within a period of 10 days, the winner will be changed to the next most voted project.

9. Delivery of the prize
The prize of €1,000 will be transferred in full by bank transfer.
10. Publication of the Winner's identity
The contestant gives permission for the publication of the project as winner of the contest on the Blophome website. The real name of the winner will not be made known if the winner does not approve it. The nick will be made known.
11. Processing of personal data
The personal data that Index Consulting receives from the participants will be included in an automated file owned by the company and processed in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection. Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The promotional activities are governed by Spanish law. Index Consulting and the contest participants submit to the Spanish courts and tribunals (Barcelona), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Recommendations
- Select the most attractive perspective for the main image of the project.
- Try to avoid the background being seen on the sides of the perspective.
- Do not try to cover a lot of space in one perspective, if it is big it is better to focus on details.
- Try not to abuse the intensity and quantity of lights.
- Try to place the vanishing points of the perspectives as far away as possible.
- Use the front view mode to place ceramics.
- Use a white background for views from above.
- When making new colours, bear in mind that a gradient of this colour will always be shown, from darkest to lightest, if you saturate the colour it might not look right.
