1. Organising company

The competition is organised by Index Consulting SL, with business address in St. Lluís nº16 (08090 Sant Just Desvern) and with Fiscal Identification Number: B62358650. It is entered in the Companies Register of Barcelona, Volume number 32896, Page 22, Sheet B-220896.

2. Specific conditions

Participants are required to submit a project designed with the BlopHome application and have an email address. Participants can submit as many projects as they like.

3. Acceptance of the conditions

Participants must fully and completely accept the general competition rules. The participants are only recognised as valid contestants if they comply with the requirements established in point 4 of these general conditions.

4. Participation requirements

Anyone of age (18 years old) anywhere in the world can take part in the contest. Employees from the organising company, Index Consulting SL, cannot participate.
Contestants must agree to have their project published on the BlopHome web site if they win, although the winner’s name will not be announced without their prior consent and approval. Once the competition is over all the projects will be published on the BlopHome web site together with a list of the users' names according to their allocated score.

5. Entry starting and closing dates

Competing Blophome projects can be submitted from the 20-06-10 right up to the 30-09-10 this day inclusive.

6. How the competition works

- Every participant must create at least one innovative project subsequent to the competition starting date.
- When the project is saved from BlopHome a competition option will appear.
- Having accessed the save for competition option, you will be asked for your User name, Name and email address.
- The project will be saved and you will then be entered as a participant.
- If you want to withdraw a project, send an email to bajadelconcurso@blophome.com stating your Name and email. We will confirm that your request has been received.

7. Prizes

The competition only has one 1 000 € cash prize that is paid via bank transfer.

8. Prize draw

After the project submission closing date, Index Consulting will assess participants' technical knowledge of the application and the creative aspects of the room's decoration or design. The winner is whoever gets the highest total score when the points given to both aspects have been added up.
Index Consulting will notify the winner via email of the outcome of the competition and they will be asked for their current account number so that the 1000 euro cash prize can be transferred.
If the winner cannot be located within 10 days, the prize will then be awarded to the runner up.
On sending in their personal details, users clearly accept the competition rules established in these participation terms and conditions.

9. Paying the prize

The 1 000 euro prize will be paid through a bank transfer.

10. Announcing the Winner

The contestant will agree to have their winning project published on the BlopHome web site, although only their User name not their real name will be announced unless they give prior authorisation.

11. Processing personal data

Any personal data about participants that Index Consulting has will be saved on its computer files and processed in accordance with the valid law on personal data protection. If you want to withdraw a project that has already been submitted, please send an email to bajadelconcurso@blophome.com stating your Name and email address. We will confirm that your request has been received.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Promotional initiatives are governed by Spanish law. Index Consulting and contestants, clearly waiver their right to any other jurisdiction and are subject to the jurisdiction and competency of the courts and tribunals of Spain (Barcelona).
